With over twenty years of experience as a classroom teacher, Tracy brings a deep understanding of people, relationships, and the many challenges that can arise throughout life. Her transition into counselling grew from a longstanding passion for supporting others and creating spaces where people feel safe, valued, and understood.

Tracy completed her undergraduate studies and teacher training at Simon Fraser University and is currently completing her Master of Education in Counselling through City University of Seattle.

Tracy welcomes individuals from all walks of life who may be navigating stress, life transitions, relationships, self-understanding, or other personal challenges. She believes that reaching out for support is a meaningful step toward growth and that everyone deserves a space where they can speak openly without judgment.

Her professional and personal experiences have shaped particular areas of interest in supporting fellow educators and individuals navigating ADHD. As someone who understands the demands of the education profession, Tracy brings empathy and insight to the unique pressures educators can experience, both personally and professionally.

At the heart of Tracy’s practice is a belief in compassion, acceptance, and genuine human connection. Her approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. She strives to create an environment where clients feel heard rather than judged, understood rather than analyzed, and supported as they work toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
